Dawn is absolutely amazing! Most realtors I have experienced just care about the sale. Since this was our first home, Dawn took so much time just explaining every step of the process to us and making sure we understand what we were signing. She kept us informed throughout the buying process so there were never questions on where we stood. Dawn would show us potential problems with a house if she saw any as we were walking through. With her, it was certainly not just about the house, it was about making sure our needs and wants were met during the process. We saw 17 homes before we chose the perfect one! We are so thankful for Dawn and definitely recommend her!
